Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.5.1 MR fix list (available at
http://www.lotus.com/ldd):
Preferences
SPR# JCIK5R8FEW - Fixed a problem where calendar access for everyone in the
delegation preference was incorrect, after the preference was saved in the
Notes client.
Steps To Reproduce Problem:
1. Set up a test mail file with an iNotes6 template on a Domino 6.5 Server.
2. Using Notes 6.x Client, open the mail file an set delegate read access to
one or more specific people. Select OK.
3. Access the mail file in Domino Web Access via your web browser.
4. Select Preferences from the action bar.
5. Note that the box "Anyone Can Read my Calendar" is selected, even though
the individual name(s) are listed below it.
Supporting Information:
DWA uses the values in the "PublicRead" and "PublicWrite" fields in the
Calendar profile to determine the delegation settings, "Anyone Can Read my
Calendar" and "Anyone Can Create, Edit, and Delete Calendar Entries on my
Calendar".
If the values of those fields are "1", then DWA determines that "Anyone Can..."
is selected. If those values are "0", then DWA determines that the "Allow Only
the Following..." option is selected. DWA always sets either "1" or "0" in
these fields when saving the preferences. However, the Notes client makes
those fields blank when calendar access for everyone is disabled. DWA regards
this blank as a "1". More >
